Our jewelry is covered by a 12-month warranty – subject to regulations.

The warranty is valid under reasonable use and does not apply to breakages, tears, scratches, or loss of a piece of jewelry or part of it.

There is no warranty for the tarnishing of silver jewelry/platings.

Even after the warranty period, or in the event of a repair not included in it – we will be happy to be at your service with a repair service at nominal costs for our customers.
