2. The site reserves the right to change the terms of the regulations, from time to time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. The effective date of such change will be from the moment of its publication on the site.

If payment was made for a canceled order, the Site will refund the payment amount to the same payment method.
3. If, for any reason, the credit card company refuses to transfer the payment amount for a piece of jewelry you purchased, the Site may suspend or immediately terminate the provision of the service and may demand payment plus any costs incurred by the Site due to the refusal (including third-party fines) by other means, at the Site's discretion. If the Site is forced to take legal action to collect payment balances, you agree to indemnify the Site for all expenses incurred, including attorney's fees and other legal expenses.
4. Purchasing jewelry on the site is subject to additional terms and conditions that will be detailed on the site.
Delivery Policy:
1. The site will ensure delivery of an order placed on the site to the customer's address as entered by him when making the purchase on the site and/or to any other location agreed upon by the parties when placing an order on the site.
2. Orders within the State of Israel will be processed and delivered in the following manner:
  1. The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days, the processing time for orders with photo engraving is 1-5 business days, and the processing time for special orders (hard bracelet, engraved ring, jewelry combined with a cut pendant, etc.) is up to 14 business days (not including shipping times);
  2. Delivery via home delivery service will arrive at the customer's address as entered by him when filling in the details for the purchase within 1-3 business days from the end of order processing for major cities, and 1-7 business days for remote areas and towns. (Up to 14 business days in total, excluding special orders)
    There is no responsibility or liability on the part of RONY'S for orders that are delayed by the shipping company, and no returns and/or cancellations will be possible due to this;

"Business day" – Sunday through Thursday, excluding general Sabbath days, holiday eves, and days when banks in Israel are closed.

The shipping cost may be updated from time to time in accordance with what is stated when placing the order on the site.
There is no minimum order on the site.
In the event that a piece of jewelry ordered on the site is not available in stock, the site will notify the customer within 3 business days. If the customer is not available, the site will ship the order without the missing piece of jewelry.
Delivery of orders via home delivery will be possible subject to the following conditions:
1. There is reasonable accessibility to the place of booking;
2. The website's courier company delivers in the same area;
3. If it is an organization, institution, kibbutz or settlement that cannot be reached without special permission and/or does not have a regulated registration of streets and/or house numbers, the order will be delivered to the central distribution point in that location.
The site will not be responsible for any delay and/or delay in delivery and/or non-delivery, which may result from:
1. Force majeure and/or events beyond the control of the Site;
2. For reasons related to the courier company to the distribution points;
3. Holiday periods and/or in the periods preceding the holidays, including the months of November-December when the Internet holidays take place;
4. Closing the economy so that the activities of the site and/or its suppliers and/or service providers are affected, for any reason.
5. Inability to contact the customer.
Exchange and Order Policy:
1. All jewelry is handmade, made to special measurements and to order. We work quickly to deliver the jewelry as soon as possible, and therefore, returns and/or exchanges and/or cancellations of jewelry orders will not be possible, in accordance with Regulation 6(a) of the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transactions), 2010.
2. Jewelry Warranty:
  1. All jewelry is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of receipt, except in cases of – damage caused to the plating and/or scratches on the jewelry, tarnishing, breakage – these are cases for which there is no warranty (regarding plating – it can be sent for re-plating for a fee). Please note – there is no warranty on phone chains and there is no warranty on anklets;
  2. Do not shower with the jewelry, except for jewelry that is explicitly listed on the website as being water-resistant;
  3. After the warranty period, any repairs will be charged;
  4. In the event of a defect in the jewelry, the customer must notify the website using one of the means of contact listed at the bottom of the regulations.
3. The replacement of the jewelry will be approved after the customer receives written notification from RONY'S confirming this.
4. In the event that the jewelry was replaced due to a defect in the jewelry, the customer will return the jewelry to the site by registered mail (at the site's expense).
5. A piece of jewelry that is deemed defective by the customer will be inspected by the site. If, after inspection by the site, the piece of jewelry is found to be in good condition and/or the defect occurred after the customer received the piece of jewelry as a result of unreasonable use, the piece of jewelry will not be replaced and the customer will have the option of requesting that the piece of jewelry be sent back to them, subject to paying shipping fees once again.
6. In the event of repair and/or cleaning within the warranty period, the customer will bear the shipping costs to the business and back, but not the repair and/or cleaning costs.
  7. Engraved jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned.
  8. For photo engravings - you will send a sketch for approval before engraving. You will be given 1 option to correct the existing sketch. If the customer requests to replace a photo - this will incur the cost of an additional photo engraving.
  9. Engraving of personal handwriting - is carried out according to the original handwriting.
  10. The provisions of Section 13 above are subject to the provisions of transaction cancellation in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Transaction Cancellation) Regulations, 5771-2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
  11. An order for a personalized engraved piece of jewelry and/or a personalized designed piece of jewelry cannot be canceled after it has been prepared, even if it has not yet been shipped and/or collected. If the customer decides to cancel, the refund will be only 50% of the transaction value.
  12. Cancellation of an order that has not yet been prepared - if it includes a graphic image and/or personal handwriting - will be offset by a cost of 100 NIS for each graphic.
  13. The jewelry can be damaged by improper use and/or skin acidity – jewelry that has become black and/or has worn off coatings will not be returned – regardless of time.
Jurisdiction:
1. These regulations and the use of the website will be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel, but the rules of choice of international law set forth therein will not apply.
2. The courts in the jurisdiction of the Central District Court will have exclusive jurisdiction in any matter arising from and/or related to the Regulations and/or legal disputes that may arise between you and the Site.

7.3. The site and/or anyone on its behalf will not disclose and/or sell any information collected on the site to any third party, except to those on their behalf to whom they provide the information collected on the site solely for the purpose of providing a service and who are also obligated to fully protect the confidentiality of the information collected on the site.
7.4. However, the site and/or anyone on its behalf will be entitled to transfer information collected on the site to third parties in any of the following cases:
7.4.1. Your prior written consent has been given;
7.4.2. The Site and/or anyone on its behalf are required by law to transfer the said information, for example, by virtue of a court order;
7.4.3. In order to protect the legal and proprietary rights of the website and/or anyone on its behalf in all matters relating to this website;
7.4.4. If you violate the Site's Terms of Service or if you perform, through the Site, or in any connection with the Site, actions that are contrary to or appear to be contrary to the law, or any attempt to perform such actions;
7.4.5. In any case where the website believes that the provision of the collected information is necessary in order to prevent serious damage to the user's body or property or to the body or property of a third party;
7.4.6. 4. The use of the site will be at the sole and complete responsibility of each user. The site does not warrant that the content and services published on the site will be complete, correct, legal or accurate or will meet the expectations and requirements of each user. Preservation of the jewelry – In the event that damage is caused to the jewelry due to improper self-cleaning, with or without cleaning products sold on the site – no warranty will apply: For example – cleaning pearl jewelry with a cleaning product for silver jewelry only. Please pay attention to the instructions to avoid damage and discomfort.

1. The terms of these Terms of Use constitute all agreements and understandings regarding the use of the Site. Failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not be deemed a waiver by the Site of exercising the right or enforcing the provision. The Site may assign to others all or part of its rights and/or obligations under these Terms of Use.
