Shipping policy

  1. The website will ensure the delivery of an order placed on the site to the customer's address as entered by them during the purchase process on the site and/or to any other location agreed upon by the parties at the time of placing the order on the site.
  2. Orders within the State of Israel will be processed and delivered as follows:
    1. The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days, the processing time for orders with image engraving is 1-5 business days, and the processing time for special orders (rigid bracelets, engraved rings, jewelry with cut pendants, etc.) is up to 14 business days (not including shipping times);
    2. Deliveries made via home delivery service will reach the customer's address as entered by them during the purchase process within 1-3 business days from the completion of order processing for central cities, and for remote settlements and areas within 1-7 business days. (Up to 14 business days in total, excluding special orders). There is no responsibility or commitment from RONY’S for orders delayed by the shipping company, and returns and/or cancellations will not be allowed for this reason.

"Business day" – Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays, holiday eves, and days when banks in Israel are closed.

  1. The shipping cost may be updated from time to time as stated during the order process on the site.
  2. There is no minimum order on the site.
  3. In the event that a piece of jewelry ordered on the site is not available in stock, the site will update the customer within 3 business days. If the customer is unavailable, the site will send the order without the missing jewelry.
  4. Delivery of orders via home delivery will be subject to the following conditions:
    1. There is reasonable accessibility to the order location;
    2. The website's shipping company operates in that area;
    3. If it is an organization, institution, kibbutz, or settlement that cannot be accessed without special permission and/or does not have a regulated street and/or house number registration, the order will be delivered to the central distribution point in that location.
  5. The website will not be responsible for any delay and/or holdup in delivery and/or non-delivery caused by:
    1. Force majeure and/or events beyond the website's control;
    2. Reasons related to the shipping company to the distribution points;
    3. Holiday periods and/or periods preceding holidays, including the months of November-December when internet holidays occur;
    4. Closure of the economy such that the operation of the website and/or its suppliers and/or service providers is affected for any reason;
    5. Inability to contact the customer.
