How to keep your engraved jewelry sparkling like new?
Have you ever wondered why your favorite engraved piece of jewelry has been looking a little less sparkly lately?
Want to know how to make your jewelry shine like the day you received it?
We are here to help you get organized and explain everything about cleaning engraved jewelry!
Why even clean engraved jewelry?
Let's be honest – engraved jewelry isn't just another accessory. It's a memory you wear.
So why let dirt obscure your precious memories?
Here are some tips to help you keep your jewelry (and memories) sparkling:
How do you clean silver jewelry?
We will need a bowl, baking soda, foil and boiling water. (And the jewelry of course)
- Wrap the bowl inside with the shiny side of the foil facing up (make sure there are no holes in the foil, otherwise the cleaning will not be successful)
- Place the jewelry on the foil.
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of baking soda and then boiling water.
- Wait a few minutes, let the solution bubble (a great time to check who sent a message on Instagram)
- Rinse the jewelry under running water.
- Wipe gently with the cloth you received with your order.
Warning: If you have stones in your jewelry? Consult an expert first! (You can consult with us)
Important tip: Forget bleach or any chemicals – they are the enemies of your jewelry!
Remember – your engraved jewelry is more than just jewelry . It tells your story. Treat it with love, and it will stay with you forever!
